At approximately 12 months old, our pigs are ready to go to the butcher. We farm butcher them to trim the flesh and majority of the fat. We work with a local butcher to custom cut the meat to order. This adds approximately $65-85 per pig (cost of cut and wrap charged and paid to the butcher) depending on your selections.
